Our products are manufactured in controlled batches to ensure the highest quality standards.
When demand exceeds forecasts, inventory may temporarily sell out — but pre-ordering guarantees your unit from the next production release.
When will I receive my order?
Your order is part of our upcoming production release.
Delivery is estimated before March 15.
Orders are prepared within 2–5 business days, and once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
We always aim to deliver earlier whenever possible.
Is this a pre-order?
Yes — due to stronger-than-expected demand, our initial production run has been fully allocated.
By placing a pre-order today, you secure priority access to our next inventory batch.
This reservation system allows us to maintain strict quality control while avoiding mass overproduction.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.
After this timeframe, your item is reserved for production and may already be processing.
If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return once your order has been delivered, in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.
Do you accept returns?
Yes — we offer a 30-day return window starting from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, returned in their original packaging, and include all components.
For hygiene and safety reasons related to baby products, opened or used items cannot be returned.
What if my item arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Simply provide photos or videos so our team can review the situation quickly.
We will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or a refund when applicable.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — Kalmio Baby ships to most international destinations like Canada, Europe, UAE and KSA.
Shipping availability may vary depending on local logistics networks and customs regulations.
If delivery is unavailable in your region, you will be notified at checkout.
Customs & duties
For international orders, customs fees or import duties may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These charges, when applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
Kalmio Baby is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive an email containing your tracking link.
This allows you to follow your shipment in real time until it reaches your doorstep.
