30-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in its original condition
• Be returned in the original packaging
• Include all accessories and components

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be refused.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include clear photos or videos showing the problem.

After review, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include:

• A replacement at no additional cost
• A partial or full refund when applicable

Pre-Order Purchases

To maintain high quality standards and manage production responsibly, some items may be offered on a pre-order basis.

By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and accept the production and shipping timelines displayed on the product page at the time of purchase.

Pre-orders cannot be cancelled once the production process has begun.

However, once your item has been delivered, it remains fully covered under this Refund & Returns Policy.


Estimated Delivery for Pre-Orders

Estimated delivery timelines are clearly indicated on each product page.

While we strive to meet these estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control, such as:

• Customs clearance
• Carrier disruptions
• High demand
• Seasonal logistics peaks

Should this happen, our team will keep you informed promptly.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 4 hours of purchase.

After this timeframe, the order may already be processed or reserved for production.

If cancellation is no longer possible, you may request a return once the product has been delivered.


Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return results from our error (damaged, defective, or incorrect item).

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Kalmio Baby cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.


Refund Processing

Once your return has been received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your financial institution.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety standards associated with baby products, we cannot accept returns for:

• Used items
• Opened products
• Items damaged after delivery
