Is it safe for newborns?

Yes. The SmartFeeder™ is designed for newborns and young babies. All parts that touch water or bottles are BPA-free and suitable for baby products. Always follow your pediatrician’s advice for formula preparation.

Is it really more hygienic than other brands?

Yes. This is our core design feature. We tackle hygiene in 3 ways:

1) A UV-C light sterilizes the dispensing funnel.

2) We flash-heat water on demand, so no water sits stagnant and warm.

3) The machine runs a self-cleaning cycle.

Does the UV light touch the milk?

No. The UV-C only sterilizes the funnel and internal surfaces when no milk is present. You should always empty the bottle before launching a sterilization cycle.

How does the App control work?

Simply connect the maker to your home Wi-Fi via our free app (iOS & Android). You can remotely start a bottle, customize temperature (from 37°C to 50°C), and set the precise volume from anywhere in your home.

What happens if I lose Wi-Fi or Bluetooth?

The SmartFeeder™ functions perfectly as a standalone device using the touchscreen panel. The app is for added convenience, not a requirement.

Does it work with all formula brands and bottle sizes?

Yes. The 300g powder container is compatible with all standard formula brands. The adjustable tray and safety sensor work with all common bottle sizes.

What is the "Isolation Door"?

Our innovative double door protects the dispensing area from dust and external elements. It also features a safety sensor, ensuring the bottle is correctly positioned before preparation, preventing spills and ensuring a clean process.
